Shikiri Hightower married her college sweetheart Keyshawn, whom she met at USC college, on February 14, 1998. Unfortunately, they divorced in 2002. The couple has two children, daughter Maia and son Keyshawn Jr.

Before the 2001 season, while Keyshawn was playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Shikiri grew restless in Central Florida. She packed up the kids and moved back to California. Keyshawn said “I was young when I got married.” “We were rich, living in New York. We had never dated. We just hung out.” That’s why, when she said she was leaving, his answer to her was, “It’s cool.”

In 2002, Keyshawn and Shikiri filed for divorce. They saw each other every month when he visited the kids. At that time, both knew the other was dating. Keyshawn was linked to Serena Williams; Shakiri was rumored to be seeing the rap promoter Suge Knight.

In later months, Keyshawn learned that Shikiri had started dating John Mahannah, a Bay Area musician she’d met at an R. Kelly concert. While trying to get back with his ex-wife, Keyshawn Johnson began making   threatening  phone calls the man(John Mahannah) he believed was interfering with his attempts to reconcile with his ex-wife.

Mahannah, filed a civil lawsuit against Johnson claiming he suffered mental anguish and is seeking general, punitive and special damages in relation to physical and verbal threats against his life. No criminal charges were filed, but the restraining order forbided Johnson from coming within 100 yards of his children’s home in Pleasanton or Mahannah.
In a series of tapes provided by the plaintiff to the Oakland Police Department, an irate Johnson repeatedly threatened Mahannah, saying, “I’m going to break your (expletive) neck.” “I ain’t got nothing but free time on my hands (expletive), and I’m going to come and hunt you. I’m going to hunt you down.”

Mahannah, dated Johnson’s ex-wife for about five months after the couple divorced. Eventually, Shakiri broke it off and tried to reconcile her marriage with her husband Keyshawn. Unfortunately, after trying to reconcile, they went there separate ways.

In 2008, Keyshawn was photo’d out with an unknown lady friend  at the Chanel store in Los Angeles. Peep the photo below!

tiger-woods-first billionaire-sports

According to Forbes magazine, Tiger Woods is on track to pass $1 billion in career earnings by 2010. However, becoming an actual billionaire will take slightly longer because that would mean he would have net worth of above $1 billion.

In the next few years, his earnings would make him the world’s first billionaire athlete. He turned pro in 1996.

In 2007, Forbes mag estimated that Woods pulled in nearly $115 million, $65 million more than athlete runner-up David Beckham.

The mag says he is expected to join the world’s billionaires list by 2011. The feat would be unprecedented. To date, there has been no athlete to build a billionaire fortune from actually playing sports.
