Meet Oni Souratha, fiance of movie actor Mehki Phifer. Oni and Mehki engaged on May 7th, 2009. Oni is of Malagasy descent. Malagasy is the national language of Madagascar. Madagascar is the fourth largest island in the world located in the Indian Ocean off the southeastern coast of Africa. From my understand I heard once he became an actor he started dogging Melinda, acting as if she was not good enough anymore. Donot know how true…but he suppose to have broke into acting first and then Melinda, and that’s when the bull—-started!
