Meet Andrea Larsen, wife of NBA Star Desmond Mason. Andrea met Desmond in her hometown of Portland. The couple Married on August 8th, 2002 in Hawaii. Mason invited his entire team to the wedding including the owner, the president, the GM, the coach, the equipment manager, the play-by-play announcer, the media relations staff, the community relations staff.

The couple has one daughter.

Desmond Mason has played 9 years in the NBA  He played for 5 different teams: Seattle SuperSonics (2000–2003), Milwaukee Bucks (2003–2005; 2007–2008) , New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets (2005–2007), Oklahoma City Thunder (2008–2009), Sacramento Kings (2009).

Desmond also won the 2001 NBA Slam Dunk Contest Champion.

“Last weekend, as the House of Representatives gathered to debate health care reform while Tea Partiers protested outside the Capitol, word emerged that Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) had been spit on by one of the demonstrators.

Cleaver released a statement confirming the incident, but some questioned his claims. Fox News personality Sean Hannity asked if there was any evidence proving that it had actually happened, and Tea Party groups offered a cash reward for proof.”

Elisabeth Hasselbeck tried to explain the appalling behavior of the teabaggers who called John Lewis the n-word, Barney Frank the F-word and spit on Emanuel Cleaver, but the ladies of THE VIEW weren’t having it. At one point Whoopi told her to just breath.

 President Barack Obama is on his way back to Washington, after a quick trip to Afghanistan to visit with leaders there and American troops. During his visit, the President watched some NCAA basketball with the troops.
