A father in a Detroit faces charges of child abuse after making his 9-year-old daughter drive him to a gas station because he was too drunk to get under take the wheel. The incident was caught-on-video by the gas station’s surveillance camera, which shows the van pulling up to the station around 3 a.m. in the morning.

The video also shows the man and his daughter getting out of the van and entering the station. After walking out of the station, the two get back in the van and pull off with the little girl daughter driving under the wheel.
