Yesterday, the ladies of “The Talk” got a little emotional while discussing President Obama’s historical endorsement on gay marriage.
Co-host and openly gay Sara Gilbert spoke on same sex marriage: “You teach your children about equality, then you have to explain why you can’t get married.”
Co-host Aisha Tyler talked about civil rights and marriage equality by giving a personal account of some of the difficulties she faced being in an interracial relationship.

Aisha Tyler married her college sweetheart, attorney Jeff Tietjens (photo below), in May 1992. They met in college at Dartmouth. With their busy schedules, Aisha, 41, is yet to have kids with her hubby.
