Check out this bitter-sweet story about A South Carolina man, who recently won custody of his 21-month-old daughter, after his wife secretly placed her up for adoption without telling him.
31 year old Terry Achane (seen on the left) , will soon have his daughter back after a Utah judge ordered the girl’s adoptive parents to return her to him within the next 60 days. The adopting family (seen on right) had refused to return the girl.
In a 48-page ruling, Judge Darold McDade condemned the adoption agency that handled Achane’s daughter’s case for refusing to disclose any information to him nearly two years ago when he learned that his child had been given away without his consent, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.

No biological father signature = incomplete process. Simple as that! And even tho the girl seems to be in good care I can’t feel all that bad for the adoptive parents since they got kids of their own. It’s not like they weren’t able to have kids and decided to adopt.
This mans child should have never been put up for adoption withput his signature ….. The whole adoption process here stinks to high heaven …. But thesr “God Fearing” people who adopted her, rhen fought for 2 years to keep this child, knowing she was wrongfully adopted…. SHAME ON THEM …..
